To attain any level of success and personal satisfaction in life one has to know what exactly entails ‘personal’ success and satisfaction. Each being comes to existence with their own unique path and is then socialized into a system that abhors the unique in favor of uniformity. By releasing beliefs that do not serve you and focusing more on the higher-self / internal guidance system that we all, as children were naturally tapped into, you will be able to make concrete changes and restructuring in moment to moment in your daily life with impacts that will reverberate in the direction of your deepest, sometimes unconscious, desires.

Week1- KNOW THYSELF
“To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.” - Socrates
Understanding where we are currently in relation to where we would like to see ourselves is the first step towards making big changes. In the same way that we cannot easily find a small object in a very cluttered room it can be difficult to sift through all the information, beliefs, feelings, thoughts and circumstance that we encounter and find what makes us ‘who we are’.
This week you will learn how to uncover who you are and understand more fully what you are and made from. You will learn how to prioritize and discover what is fundamentally important to you. Through a series of self-reflective exercises as well as a guided meditation you'll find out how to become the creator of your life and decide what to create next.
When you have a clearer idea of who you are and want to be you are able to shift your focus from what you don’t want to what you do want. By doing so you are now calling in the power of the Law of Attraction.
Week2-SPRING CLEANING
“Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” -William Morris
If you substitute ‘houses’ for ‘life’ you have the summary of the intention for this week.
With some internal spring cleaning you will discover which in direction you would like to flow. By uncovering conscious and unconscious blocks and beliefs that are seeming to ‘hold you back’ from moving forward you will be able to address and release these ideas that no longer serve you.
This week will be about eliminating the clutter as well as refining your desires and making space to be the embodiment of your highest calling. You will have the opportunity to experiment more we the self-awareness tools as well as begin putting your new intentions into practice.

Week3 - HIGHER SELF

When we finally find ourselves in a position of faith we no longer have such a tight grip on the steering wheel of our lives. We naturally flow in the most holistic and beneficial direction for us.
This week, you will be focusing on play and learning various tools for discovering who you truly are. You'll learn to let go and tap into fun and creativity, allowing your inner child to wake up and guide you towards your highest version. You will learn what it feels like to communicate with the omniscient and eternal aspects of yourself allowing direct access to the best possible choices for you in any given moment. You will learn what its messages ‘sound like’ and how to have faith in them. Then you will witness the magic that unfolds in your life when you stop resisting the guidance that has always and will always be available to you.
WEEK4 - WHY YOU?

Through experiential activities you will learn how your unique part in the universe is fundamental. In the expression of your highest excitement and joy you are in service to all of existence. This will give you a firm foundation to allow you to continue being the ‘YOU’ you came into existence to be. When you understand your part in the big picture you suddenly become free to express yourself fully and with complete joy.
